Always aimed at sharpening her skills, Heather McSparron managed to have her professional career even while handling the toughest part of the job as a military wife. As a homemaker, she learned work life balance and the basic skills that she made best use of during her professional career. The household chores as well as parenting taught her effective time management. She also learned managing finances, as she was responsible to ensure that all the bills were paid on time.
Her passion to serve at a bank offered her a position of a teller supervisor. Indeed, a teller supervisor is solely responsible for the basic financial transactions of the customers. With the apt skills, Heather McSparron learned to hire, train and organize the staff. She made use of her strong leadership skills and an ability to direct the team to create the Request for Quotes, analyze proposals, read technical drawings, understanding technical evaluations and interacting between external customers and internal customers (engineers, planners, and management) and suppliers. She was expected to ensure that all RFQs and proposals from suppliers were quoted as per FAR.
She gained her skills to be the best at her job while working as Customer Service Representative prior to this position. Pertaining to her education credentials, Heather McSparron is currently studying at Purdue University Global where she is pursuing Bachelors in Business Management. She also attended Everest University for 2 years while working and transferred the credits to Purdue. Thereafter, she started her online courses in Iraq.
