Fiji-born champion hammer thrower, rugby player, basketball player, and powerlifter Tavaita Ruth is winning a growing group of success-minded athletes and normal people who turn to her for her winning advice on sports training and life. With a growing presence on social media and beyond Tavaita is earning praise for her work worldwide.

In addition to her work as a sports and life coach and athlete, Tavaita also runs her own online brand, which is available through her Kaiwai App.
