VLSIresearch turns bullish on semi's for 2013

Summary: As the year came to a close, VLSI Research jacked up its semiconductor forecast. This was at a time when many other industry researchers were lowering theirs. VLSI almost doubled its expectations for growth to 10%. My guest, Andrea Lati, Principal Analyst at VLSI Research was at the center of it all. So I got him in to discuss why VLSI is so bullish.
