  8th-Feb-2010
Description: Chipmaking stocks continued their slide with the broad market for the fourth consecutive week amid fears about the global economy. The U.S. unemployment rate dropped unexpectedly to 9.7% in January from 10%. This was a nice surprise since the market expected an uptick in the unemployment rate.
