Rudy Giuliani lost his national lead in the Republican presidential race. A new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll shows Giuliani and Mitt Romney tied at 20%, just slightly ahead of Mike Huckabee at 17% and John McCain at 14%, creating the party's most competitive nomination fight in decades.
