Summary

VC opportunities rely on disruptive technologies. Its not about your marketing budget. Its about the application. Skype has 400M users today. Skype had no marketing budget, ZERO. Its growth was completely viral. Whered they come from? Local Entrepreneurs with a Global opportunity. There was a need and they filled it. No impact on pace of innovation going back to 1900 . . . Not war . . . Not depressions have been able to slow it.
