Drinking your own marcom pitch is a fundamental error that will destroy a leader as their company rots away. This may work as a diversionary tactic, but it never solves fundamental problems. There is an insidious feedback effect that affects a company’s entire view of itself and this is what is ultimately destructive. An organization won’t react to a reality that as been hidden. Even indisputable evidence will be ignored . . .
