Energy Technology Roadmap

 International Energy Agency
  4th-Jan-2010
Description: Current trends in energy supply and use are clearly unsustainable - economically, environmentally and socially. Without decisive action, energy‐related CO2 emissions will more than double by 2050 and increased oil demand will heighten concerns over the security of supplies. We can and must change the path that we are now on, but this will take an energy revolution and low‐carbon energy technologies will be at its heart.
