Description: Our Strategy For Materials:- Pilot scale (kg)-Synthesis scale-up Process optimization Reproducibility. Technology transfer License agreement Industrial development. LiFexMn(1-x)PO4 MATERIALS: Capacity of mixed phosphates capacity of LiFePO4 (solvothermal route), Potential of mixed phosphates > potential of LiFePO4. First screening of synthesis method and conditions Optimization of Li-rich material composition (doping). DOE for process optimisation (co-precipitation). DOE composition optimization Attempts to create graphene coatings Selected material was upscaled to 10 kg for prototypes manufacturing. Stable and reproducible performances compared to lab-scale batches.
