Varun Mudra is termed as Mudra of Water also. If you do this Yoga Mudra, we are sure you would get a good result. It is helpful for your outer beauty. It is helpful in skin diseases. In this Mudra, you should touch the littler finger softly with the tip of your thumb and let the rest of the fingers keep straight. It is allowed to do any time you wish. It is helpful in curing all skin diseases. It also reduces pimples on your face. It reliefs you from muscle pain and strengthens the muscles.

Prana Mudra:

Prana Mudra is known as Mudra of Life. Prana Mudra generates energy and spirit within your body. Fold both your ring and little finger and press both fingers with your thumb. You can do it any time in a day. This Yoga Mudra helps to increase your immunity power. It’s also helpful eye diseases. It provides good stamina to your body and reduces weakness.

Surya Mudra:

Surya Mudra is called Mudra of the Sun. You are supposed to touch the base of your thumb with your ring finger and press it and keep other fingers free. Do this Mudra for 30 minutes. This Mudra helps to decrease weight and keep you away from obesity. It is useful in eliminating bad cholesterol and anxiety. It improves your digesting system.

These yoga Mudras are beneficial to your body. It supplies the energy flow to your brain and offers productivity. If you adopt these Yoga Mudras in your daily life, you will be rewarded with incredible result.
