Public holidays, national holidays or legal holidays resembles holidays which are generally established by law and are usually non-working days during the year. These holidays vary from country to country. Nepal is the country with the highest number of public holidays of 36 days. India observes 21 public holidays becoming the 2nd highest. Likewise, different countries have a different number of holidays according to their government and state rules.
