How to spend public holidays?
Unplug from work, no checking emails, answering business calls, etc and sleep all day for plenty of rest. Do what you love and makes you relaxed. Plan a day to do nothing but just cloud watching. It will help you to relax and feel peace in mind. Wash exterior of the house and once in year clean car by yourself. Create art that can be decorating your living room, music, painting, write blogs, etc. If your friends or family are free at the same time then it is the best time to throw a house party.
Play, Dance, and try to live the most of it. Try to meet your loved ones you can choose the beach, clubs, café, etc. Make new friends and explore new things, experience, behaviour, etc which will ultimately help you to grow. Do not forget to have a quality of time with your pets because they are the ones that care and love you like nobody. Go for long a walk with your pet. Spend time with your elder ones in the family if you have not met them for a long time. Read novels which will increase your vocabulary and ultimately gives a great impression at the workplace.
Learn a new language or expand your skills for HTML. Find a new hobby which will help you to save your free time and help you to stand unique in front of everyone. Take care of your health by having a spa, steam bath, exercise, etc. Plan an adventurous trip with your close friends. Cook for your family and let me tell you a direct connection for love is through satisfying hunger. Step out the house and feel the fresh air. Purchase new clothes which are trending currently. Join NGO for some volunteer work and help the needy people. Some people are so deprived of basic needs that they really need to be reaching out.
