It is understood as the incapacity of the body to metabolize the proteins from food and allows the normal psychic development of the child (because of the improper metabolites which have negative effect over the nervous cells) with the condition of two requirements to be respected: The diagnose in the first weeks of life and the immediate and definitive setting up of the hypo-protidic diet.
