Description: Cardiomyopathy is a rare life-threatening disease leading to chronic cardio-active therapy, or even to mechanical support (artificial heart), heart transplantation or death. However, at stable conditions it is very difficult to predict which outcome a specific patient will have the clinical and economical implications are huge! Modelling in CMP is expected to have a significant impact on patients’s care affected by cardiomyopathy.
