Size does matter in Nanomedicine

 Raj Bawa, PhD
  22nd-Apr-2009
Description: Big Pharma’s business model, which relies on a few blockbusters to generate profits, is clearly broken. Drug companies are also facing other challenges that necessitate development and implantation of novel R&D strategies, including those that focus on HTP, nanotechnology and miniaturization. Carbon nanotubes have extraordinary properties that make them promising candidates for a wide variety of potential biomedical applications, including new therapeutics, drug delivery systems and diagnosis.
