A panel of three federal judges has ordered that California release between 37 and 58 thousand prisoners because their constitutional right to heath care has been violated. How can prisoners have a constitutional right to health care when a free American doesn’t? Shouldn’t government be a little more concerned about tax paying Americans? After all, it stands to reason than healthy Americans pay more taxes than sickly ones?
